Welcome to Spiral Leaf, exploring ways to deepen our connection with Nature

Welcome!

I'm Sue, a writer, amateur poet and photographer, video making enthusiast, networker, website designer and friend, living between the open moorland of Dartmoor and the Coastal Path of South Devon in the British Isles.

I am at my happiest self when walking in Nature, taking photographs, writing poetry and learning about wildlife, organic health and the wonders of our natural world. I created Spiral Leaf and my Nature Channel to share my discoveries with like-minded souls who love Nature and care about humanity.

All my creative endeavours are made with love for you, for me and for Mother Nature which is why I am delighted you are here. My aim is to bring Nature’s treasures home to you, together with my experiences and in-depth studies into natural health.

I love celebrating the beauty and ingenuity of Nature, and exploring ways we can deepen our connection with the natural world for our optimum health and wellbeing.

More recently, having built a wealth of resource of Nature-inspired articles, recipes, poems, book reviews, galleries and videos here and on Spiral Leaf, my life purpose is evolving to explore the concept of Nature as our teacher and the benefits of home schooling and creative learning. This I am presenting in a new chapter for Spiral Leaf called Spiral Life - Learning to Grow.

I hope you enjoy the content you find here to bring you closer to Nature and I look forward to meeting you.

Post frequency:

I do my best to post at least one article, poem, video, book review or recipe every week. Most weeks I post a selection of fresh content for you to enjoy. Gaps in my postings imply that I am working on a new subject and reading books which takes longer to prepare, so please bear with me on those occasions.

Why free?

All my articles and archives are free for you to access and enjoy at any time.

If you find value in the knowledge imparted here and wish to support my work, you can pledge a small amount every month or there is an option to buy me a coffee if something you find here has been particularly helpful.

Spiral Leaf is shared freely to help you get closer to Nature in a myriad of different ways so that you can enjoy the benefits of living in reciprocity with the natural world.

It’s wonderful to connect with you and welcome to our friendly, supportive and Nature-loving community. You will meet many beautiful souls here who are creating and writing or liking and commenting, helping to join people together, bringing love, light, truth and beauty into our world.

Thank you for being here and I look forward to meeting you soon.

Much love
