James opened my eyes, to my schooled dazed thinking: the mis-direct that drinking water equalled hydration. James explained why hydration equals SALT plus water. How salt is the receiver that allows our physiology to hold on to water. That water follows salt into and out of the body.
I go on from there to explain why hydration not oxygenation underpins our physiology and zero oxygen is required. Why colds and flu are seasonal, why oxygen is toxic and has been the poisoners' perfect poison. Why salt restriction causes stress intolerance and 'go along to get along' compliance, perfect for global psychological manipulation.
Getting salty or hydrated returns our creative problem solving ability, healing ability and overall robustness. Salt plus water is the elixir, we've all been looking for.
Thank you, Jane, I really enjoyed diving deep into the book and I am so grateful to you for the introduction. I hope others will read this book and follow your work to understand about these things and make this year a salty year for our best health and, of course, to reveal the truth about the lies being fed to us. I am working on a reversal of the 'food pyramind' which needs to be brought to light - amazing how they got away with it for so long. Much love. Xx
We never expected to be lied too. That’s why they got away with it.
And we were trained to regurgitate, not challenge our teachers on every assumption they needed us to make as we followed along.
Once you go back to the foundations and scrutinise the key assumptions, the fraud becomes obvious.
The criminal class controlled the publishing houses, media and medical training. They could and did, trott out anything, that could make them profits. If they could make us sick and mock us, all the better.
We have lived through the dark evil age and now we must bring the goodness back.
We have and the truth is coming out all over the place. I was fortunate to be brought up on home cooked food and have been eating mainly organic food for about 5 years now. I still didn't know about the workings of salt which of course makes total sense when the truth is presented to you. Thank you for all you are doing to wake everyone up and put the natural saltiness back into our lives.
Great article, Sue! Thank you. I love salt and mostly use Real Salt. I always add a pinch to water along with a bit of lemon and honey. I've always intuitively felt like drinking plain water just didn't cut it. I'm lucky to have a well on the property and a spring down the road. I also love pickles and olives and recently found fermented ones online. :)
Wow, Barbara, that's amazing and me too - I love real salt in an on all my food and it's lovely to be given licence to enjoy it together with naturally salty foods like olives. I adore them as well, and love the salt crystals in sweet things like home baked biscuits, delicious! Thank you so much for sharing and wishing you the most healthy and salty 2025. Xx
It’s great that you finally found out that Natural Salt is good for the health as opposed to the highly refined table salt. One thing that bothered me about your article is the switch to demonizing Sugars. Categorically this has been beaten down by the “controllers” that sugars are bad but in fact that Natural Sugars are also healthy nutrients that our body needs. I’m more more bothered that still to this day that Natural Cane Sugars are still being blamed for health problems when in fact the highly over processed bleached white sugars and other “alternative engineered sweeteners” are the real culprit. Natural Salts and Natural Cane sugars have been used by humans and other living beings in this world for hundreds, if not thousands of years without any issues except being more healthy. I can’t wait for the day until the mass awakening of “the awakened authors” can fine tune their discernment into the sugar psyops.
What an exceptional point. I have only ever eaten 'real' salt so it wasn't a revelation to me, only the amount which I was always cautious of and taking a pinch of salt when drinking water is something I have adopted. The point is that refined 'anything' is poison to us and I hope I made it clear that honey and maple syrup are perfectly healthy. I always use raw cane sugar for baking and have no problem with that as part of a wholesome diet. Perhaps that is less clear. I will add an addendum to make these points clearer and appreciate your comments greatly. Thank you.
Thank you, Sue. I love this article and always found the idea that salt is unhealthy suspect. I love salty foods; and there is a reason why our bodies crave salt. It is good and healthy for us. Humans have been consuming salt for thousands of years.
It was strange, then, that in the last few decades salt intake had to be monitored.
So, I ignored the medical advice, which does not always have our best interest at heart. Your article confirms our common sense.
That's wonderful, Perry, thank you! I used to be timid about salt but now really enjoy going with my instincts to savour a bowl of salty olives or similar. It's a very Mediterranean thing which makes sense and this book explains everything so well. I wanted to share because it's a lovely, tasty and simple way for us to return to good health - that and finally ditching sugar, vegetable oil and processed harmful non-foods. Mother Nature provides for our sweet taste just as well, it's a question of switching it up and making healthy food choices, especially from local, organic and foraged sources.
Another aspect to salt I am trying is Hypertonic Ultra Pure Sea Water by Panakos. This is derived from the Rene Quinton formula. This was used in the early 1900’s to cure many diseases. Our plasma/blood is very close to sea water. I drink 2 tbsp Panakos with 6 tbsp of spring water daily. Dr Pedro Chavez in Mexico uses it in his protocol for Vaxx injury along with chlorine dioxide.
Wow, Stuart, that's really interesting, thank you. I drink a simple mixture every day of grapefruit and lemon peel boiled gently in water with fresh Rosemary and cooled to have on its own or in other herbal teas. It's an effective form of yydroxychloroquine which is a very effective cleanser and completely harmless. I am incorporating more essentials into my daily routine and looking forward to an increasingly healthy 2025!
Absolutely, and I am very grateful to you for reading my post. I love sharing what I have learned and continue to learn about the wonders of the natural world. I love your name, embodying two of my most favourite things ... sending lots of love.
Thank you, Damon, I am delighted to hear this and very much appreciate your feedback. You know, the heart is not a pump, rings a bell to me. I have come across this before and would love to know more. I will buy the book and read it with The Salt Fix in mind to compare. This is how it works with books and it's amazing. Wishing you a beautiful day.
Great article Sue, I love to see Salty articles.

I make sole and put it in all my water. Good salt is one of my prized possessions!
Wonderful, Nina, thank you. I love that salt is one of your prized possessions, as it should be for all of us. Wishing you a very Happy New Year!

Thank you! It was a long review and could have been longer, such good information. Wishing you a very Happy New Year.
