I am a tea drinker, but I learned so much more here. For instance, I had never heard of Propolis...I need to make another visit to the health food store.

Wonderful, Henya. So many things we can add for goodness. Try Raw Artisan Honey for the Propolis, it's the one I use and it works wonders for hayfever and sniffles.

The key is to drink it before anything else in the morning, for me after I have cleaned my teeth. Then wait at least half an hour, it's okay to drink extra filtered water. For an extra boost, do the same last thing before going to sleep. The Raw Honey is full of goodness and the 11 drops of Propolis TIncture, a bottle lasts about a month. The streams are your body removing things so this should speed things up and you should see some improvements. Check for any man-made irritants lying around or hanging about in cupboards, the plastic is a killer and it all seeps out without us realising it.

Plastic is enemy number one. So many of our foods are nestled in plastic. I try to steer away from it as much as possible. Thanks for the tip. I intend on buying Propolis next week. I'm looking forward to this new venture. Can I also put it in my tea at night?

Sue, this is such a great post. I love using local raw honey in my herbal tea. It really does help with allergies and inflammation. Lemon Ginger is daily tea as well. I admit to using high quality dried herbs for mine. I buy my teas directly from an herb distributor that I have been doing business with since I had my aromatherapy company from 1996 - 2016.

Thank you, Pamela. I am so glad you enjoyed it and good for you with your daily teas! Dried herbs and spices provide all the nutrients you need when you find a good provider which you have done. I am getting my pots ready for new Spring herbs and lovely to see new leaves appearing on my older herbs as well. I do recommend the Nettle Tips, Dandelions and Red Clover, they are amazing steeped fresh if you can find any near you.

Sue, I am waiting patiently for my herbs to come up so I know what I need to replace. I think I will pot some again so I can bring them in for the winter. Last year I put most in the ground and I missed having them growing in the kitchen over the winter.

Great recipe Sue...thanks for sharing. The only improvement I can think of is to use exclusion zone water:

"...the solute-free zone is a physically distinct, ordered phase of water. It is much like a liquid crystal. It can co-exist essentially indefinitely with the contiguous solute-containing phase. Indeed, this unexpectedly extensive zone may be a candidate for the long-postulated “fourth phase” of water considered by earlier scientists.

"The energy responsible for building this charged, low entropy zone comes from light. We found that incident radiant energy including UV, visible, and near-infrared wavelengths induce exclusion-zone growth in a spectrally sensitive manner. IR is particularly effective. Five-minute exposure to radiation at 3.1 µm (corresponding to OH stretch) causes an exclusion-zone-width increase of up to three times. Apparently, incident photons cause some change in bulk water that predisposes constituent molecules to reorganize and build the charged, ordered exclusion zone. How this occurs is under study.

Thank you and my pleasure, I am so glad to hear you approve. I had no idea about the water and need to learn more about this. I do however, highly recommend exposure to daylight every day. It doesn't have to be sunny. So so good for our eyes, esssential for turning cholesterol into Vitamin D and other helpful factors.
