My absolute 'go to' - a big pot currently on the kitchen shelf to help with asthma and aftermath of a heavy cold. SO good for breathing. Thanks Sue - great resource building!

Fabulous, thank you, Lizzie. It's great to bring them all together in one place and I am so glad you are steaming with beautiful Thyme - time well spent for clearing the ways. I hope you feel better soon and sending my love.

That's wonderful to know, thank you. Anthony is my go-to holistic healer, writer and teacher for all things natural health. His 3-6-9 cleanse saved my life, I went fully organic and I have never looked back. Thyme is a beautiful miracle herb - as they all are - thank you for sharing!

I'm so glad to hear that. It saved my life too! I think I'm going to do another 3-6-9 this month. No point going anywhere else for health info once you finally find answers. (And serendipitously, I was starting a post about my health journey today...)

Take care!

I have been using Thyme to clean my fridge for decades. I just use a good handful of Thyme and steep it in almost boiling water. Once cooled, strain it and use it with a clean cloth to clean my fridge. It’s antibacterial and gives the fridge a nice fresh smell

That's amazing, Joyce, thank you. I'm planning a post about this, there are so many ways to clean things naturally, making good use of the peels and skins we throw away as well. It's lovely to work with Nature by using such things to clean our interiors as well as ourselves too. Herbs are wonderful and I am here to sing their praises, every single one.

Wonderful, Joyce. I am so excited to share my new directory of herbs which I have posting out in bits and pieces for years and years. I thought they deserved being showcased together for the gifts of life they bring. Sending my love. Xx

''It was the key ingredient in a potion the Fairies made to enable the user to see them, especially when taken during the Summer Solstice on Midsummer's night.'' - That's the potions we want, lovely! :)) Wonder if it will work with the tooth Fairies also...? Gifts NOT cash are requested lol
