The Nature of Earth's Natural Frequency
Understanding the Schumann Resonance and the impact of human spiritual evolution
Hi, I’m Sue and I write about the beauty and ingenuity of Nature, and how we can deepen our connection for our optimum health and wellbeing. Discover more Nature-inspired content on Spiral Leaf, Twitter and my video Nature Channel.
The term natural is defined as something existing in or initiated by Nature as opposed to being produced synthetically or being inherently man-made. One such naturally occurring phenomenon is frequency or the rate of a vibration when something is in it’s natural state or when it is naturally disturbed.
Measuring and understanding natural frequencies is a complex and ever evolving subject that can be difficult to understand and hard to decipher with so many fluctuating representations and often opposing views.
In this post, I will explain my understanding of the key anomolies surrounding the Schumann Resonance, the exponential increase in Earth’s frequency in recent years and the little-known impact of the rising frequencies of enlightened human beings.
The Schumann Resonance
Planet Earth is known to resonate at a natural frequency measured by the Schumann Resonance. This is reported to have been discovered by physicist Dr. Winfried Otto Schumann in 1952 when the average frequency resonated at around 8.0 Hz. This refers to a fluctuating natural vibration that surrounds and protects all living things.
A lesser know fact is that Nikola Tesla patented his idea that the Earth was a resonant circuit in 1905. At that time he theoretically determined the resonance frequency at 6.18–30 Hz. When devices appeared much later, they measured an amplitude of 7.83–32.4 Hz which means Tesla’s predictions were exactly right.
The Schumann Resonance is deemed to be caused by changes in the seasons, solar activity, activity in Earth's magnetic environment, water aerosols in the atmosphere and other Earth-bound phenomena. While this is true, a key factor which is not represented is the impact of human frequency levels. The Earth’s frequency is in fact a joint effort whereby our collective frequency levels play an important role too.
This is something you will not find in mainstream ‘science’ but it makes sense that as more of us consciously raise our frequencies (through meditation, spiritual awakening and tuning into our inner selves), the more we too are helping to raise the frequency of the Earth. In short, the more we express ourselves in politeness, companionship, gratitude, meditation and unconditional love, the more impact we make on the greater whole.
Ranges of Frequency
Alpha waves linked to Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep patterns occur on a range between 8.0 to 13.0 Hz indicating a relaxed and restful mind. To put this into context:
Meditation frequencies resonate around 200 Hz
Harmonic misalignment of music (anxiety and aggression) resonates at 440 Hz
Harmonic alignment of music (calm and relaxation) resonates at 432 Hz
Unconditional love (Heart Chakra) frequency resonates at 528 Hz
God’s frequency (divine tranquillity and miracles) resonates at 963 Hz
Crying baby / high pitched scream frequencies resonate at around 2,000 Hz
Harmful Electric and Magnetic Field (EMF) frequencies resonate from *100 kHz to 300 GHz
[*1 kHz = 1000 Hz = 0.001 / MHz = 0.000001 GHz]
It is important to note that if you live anywhere close to large towns and cities, the Schumann Resonance frequency is blocked out by the massive amounts of EMF radiation emitted each moment of every day. This is why it is even more important for urban dwellers to spend time in Nature (and walk bare foot on the Earth) to counter these harmful effects as much as possible.
In my next post, I will talk about the specific range of frequencies used by spiritual healers known as the Solfeggio Frequencies and how the most scientifically correct tuning for music at 432 Hz was changed to 440 Hz by the American Federation of Musicians in 1917.
The Quantum Leap
A fascinating blockchain platform known as SpiroVerse shines light on where we are currrently in terms of the Schumann Resonance. In an article written in July 2023, Schumann Resonance in 2023 and its role in global transformation, the authors wrote that the Schumann Resonance was becoming larger and what might be going on.
Although they did not account for the impact of the collective calming frequencies of enlightened human beings on the Schumannn Resonance, they provide a greater understanding in terms of a general trajectory they have identified as a global transition which began in 2019 and will peak in 2039.
According to their research, in 2023, the Schumann Resonance frequency ranged from 20 to 60 Hz with an average of 38 Hz. That is, the Earth brings us — all of us — to the level of sincere politeness, when we want to say ‘thank you’ a little more, as we approach 50 Hz when we wish to express more love.
Most interestingly (and this has been confirmed by someone I know who understands human frequencies very well) is that at the highest state concentration (during meditation, for example) the human brain generates waves with an average frequency of around 200 Hz bringing us closer to 528 Hz - the frequency of unconditional love that resonates within the heart chakra.
The Frequency of Meditation
It is no surprise that a meditative frequency serves to enhance understanding, tolerance and communication. Resonating at 200 Hz also energises our immunity by beneficially stimulating our body’s repair function, respiratory and circulation systems.
This is why regular meditation is so good for us whereby our cells are cleared of harmful toxins leading to a more healthy, happy and stable life.
It also confirms that the better we learn to meditate (in terms of quality and quantity) and the more we spend quality time in Nature, the more finely we are able to tune into our Heart Chakra (the frequency of love) and the more we are able to help in raising the frequency of humanity as a whole.
It makes the cause for meditation even stronger and our pursuit to find methods that work for us as a daily practice even more profound.
The Frequencies of Nature
Natural things resonate at frequencies that are beneficial to us and make us feel more ralaxed and peaceful. Very often, this is because being in Nature means means we have removed ourselves from man-made intrusions such as EMF waves, traffic noise and commercial lighting.
When we connect with Nature, our bodies naturally tune into the Earth’s frequency which helps us to restore, revitalise and heal our mind, body and spirit more effectively. Bearing in mind that human beings can detect sounds in a frequency range from around 20 Hz to 20 kHz, we feel equally soothed by the frequency of breaking waves (between 30 to 500 Hz) and birdsong ranging between 1,000 to 8,000 Hz.
When it comes to sound, frequencies are measured by the total number of waves produced in one second. This is known as the frequency of the wave. The number of vibrations counted per second is called frequency.
Remember that frequency does not tell us how loud a sound is. Intensity or loudness of sound is measured in decibels (dB) which is very different. This means that if a sound is loud, it has a high intensity but not necessarily a high frequency.
Good Vibrations
It is clear that vibration and frequency are an essential part of life with every vibration having its very own frequency. Understanding which frequencies are good for us and which are potentially harmful is important when it comes to achieving balance in our lives, especially when it comes to deep cleansing, healing and relaxation.
Tuning into natural frequencies, even if this is simply a walk in Nature, helps us to align our body, mind and spirit with natural rhythms and to tune into the powerful healing energies of Nature and our beautiful Planet Earth.
Thank you for reading and I look forward to seeing you again next week with further insights into the healing power of natural frequencies.
My 528Hz resonance meditations are responded to by the birds in my garden.....no doubt about it
